ECOSYSTEM

Everything we recommend, we run ourselves first.

One agency, five products — hosting, training, simulation, culture, and compliance software. Every one born from client work: some already in production, the rest launching soon — all built the way we build for clients.

CORE FIRM
BetaBoxTS

BetaBoxTS

The security-led agency the rest of the ecosystem is built around: software development (Build), managed IT and hosting on infrastructure we own (Run), and security and compliance (Defend). Three practices, one bench — the person who built your application can also harden and monitor it.

For clients this means: One accountable team for the technology you run every day — no vendor ping-pong.

HOSTING
HostPhenix

HostPhenix

Managed hosting for business and brand sites: fast, monitored around the clock, and answered for by people you can actually reach. Every BetaBox brand — including this site — lives on HostPhenix, so an outage for you is an outage for us.

For clients this means: The uptime we promise you is uptime we live on ourselves, every day.

SIMULATION · coming soon
ZeroHour

ZeroHour

Tabletop breach and risk exercises that put leadership teams under realistic pressure before a real incident does. Scenarios are drawn from real response work, not textbooks — the awkward decisions, the missing phone numbers, the 2 a.m. tradeoffs.

For clients this means: Defend engagements will include these exercises from day one — drawn from real response work, launching soon.

EDUCATION
SecurityOrg

SO

Practical security education built for the people who click the links, not for auditors. Short, current, and free of scare tactics — because behavior changes when training respects the audience.

For clients this means: Training stays current because our incident response work feeds it real examples.

CULTURE · coming soon
CyberThreds

CyberThreds

Threat-intel apparel for the community that gets it. Yes, it is serious. No, we will not explain the jokes. It keeps the firm participating in the security community rather than just billing it.

For clients this means: A partner that shows up in the community it defends — conferences, research, and all.

COMPLIANCE SOFTWARE · coming soon
ManageGov

MG

The CMMC platform we built in-house: Level 1 and Level 2 self-assessments, evidence tracking, POA&Ms and SSPs, and guided remediation. Born because spreadsheets kept failing our own clients during readiness work.

For clients this means: assessment findings become a living plan you act on — not a PDF that ages in a drawer. Early access coming soon.

How the flywheel turns

The brands are not a portfolio — they are a loop. Each one sharpens the next:

1
Client work surfaces a gap
A readiness engagement keeps hitting the same spreadsheet wall — so ManageGov gets built. Incident response keeps meeting the same untrained click — so SecurityOrg exists.

2
The product ships to production
On HostPhenix, under the same monitoring and hardening every client gets. We are our own first, least forgiving customer.

3
The product feeds back into client work
ZeroHour scenarios come from real responses. Training examples come from real incidents. Hosting promises come from uptime we personally depend on.

Common questions

Do I have to use the other brands if I hire BetaBoxTS?+

No. Every brand stands alone. The ecosystem means the options exist — pre-vetted, already integrated — not that they are bundled in.

Is HostPhenix required for hosting?+

No, we can run environments elsewhere. But when we host, we answer for the whole stack — which is why most clients end up there.

Is ManageGov only for BetaBoxTS clients?+

It was born inside our readiness work and is launching soon — ask us about early access whether or not we run your IT.
