What “managed” means
Credentials stored properly — No API keys living in a spreadsheet named final_v2.
Access scoped tight — Integrations get the permissions they need, not admin-everything.
Changes tracked — When a connection changes, there is a record and a reason.
Someone to call — When a sync silently stops, it is someone’s job to notice — ours.

Yes — your environment has its own inventory, and you can request it any time. This page stays generic on purpose.
Can you take over an integration someone else built?+
Usually. We assess it first — see Requesting a new integration for how that review works.
An integration stopped syncing. Is that an incident?+
Report it like one if work is blocked — otherwise a ticket is fine. Either way it lands with the owner of that connection: us.
