How to make payments
All payments are due at time of service unless we invoice you, which you will then have 30 days to make your payment. Other payment options are available and will need to be approved by management.
There will be a $30 return check fee on any returned checks or payments.

How do I make my credit card payment?
On your invoice there is a link to pay online through Wave. You will click on this link or “make payment” and it will take you to a screen where you will key in your credit card information from there.

How often do I have to renew?
All web hosting is a year to year basis from the original live host date. All domain renewals are renewed within 45 days of expiration.
All renewals happen annually.
What are the renewal fees?
Hosting -$75 per year
Domain -$17 per year
PC maintenance -$60 twice a year
Website backups -$15 per year
Consumer Help Desk -$75 per year
Consumer Help Desk Device Add-on -$15 per device per year
What happens if I don't renew?
If you have a website, it will be backed up and placed into storage for you to access. If you have a domain, it will be released back into the internet for it to be picked up by another company and/or person.
Support for Websites
BetaBox offers different support plans for websites. You will need to purchase one of the plans or pay by the hour.
How do I get log in information for Customer Portal?
BetaBox creates and emails all information for the customer portal log in. You must be a client of BetaBox to obtain one. Only three log in credentials per company are provided unless you have a Help Desk or Managed Services Plan.
